With warm ocean breezes and stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, Executive Chef Brian Sundeen invites guests to join him for an evening of cocktails and cuisine prepared in an outdoor kitchen on the ocean bluff where he and his chefs will engage and interact with guests as they prepare the specialties of the evening.

Along with fresh seafood, a cheesemaker will hand select cheese, as well as educate guests about different cheeses and how to incorporate them into a menu.
